Chromatic: Chromatic Mountain Dulcimers are fretted entirely in half steps (more like a guitar than a traditional mountain dulcimer). All course materials include tablature numbered diatonically (0, 0+, 1, 1+, etc) and chromatically (0, 1, 2, 3, etc.)
